- Complete all fields for consideration for approval
- Please obtain College/Dept/Unit approval before a request is made.
- Submit by 5pm on August 5th to be eligible for consideration
- Department / College are responsible for network and camera costs and expenses
- Provide a detailed description of proposed camera location, vantage point, and operations
- Critical that a clear and sound justification be provided for approval consideration
